Vladimir Kozhin

Head of the Presidential Property Management Department, Vice-President of the All-Russian Union of Public Associations, the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC), President of the Association of Olympic Winter Sports

Vladimir Kozhin was born in 1959 in Troitsk. He graduated from Leningrad Ulyanov (Lenin) Electrical Technical Institute in 1982.

From 1982 to 1990, he worked as an instructor and then head of department at Petrograd Komsomol District Committee in Leningrad.
In 1990 he stood at the helm of the Russian-Polish JV called Azimuth International, Ltd.
In March 1993 he was elected Director General of the St. Petersburg Association of Joint Ventures.

From 1994 to 1999 he was the head of North-Western Centre of the Federal Office of Currency and Export Control.
In September 1999, Mr. Kozhin was re-appointed as CEO of the Federal Office for Currency and Export Regulations.
In January 2000 he was appointed Head of the Presidential Property Management Department. Mr. Kozhin is married and has a son.
