REILYAN, Yuri Ugovich

Born August 14, 1964 in Sochi.
Graduated from the Red Banner Military Institute, Ministry of Defence, USSR (1986).
Worked for the prosecution service until 1991.
Subsequently worked as a lawyer in Moscow's commercial law courts.

Has managed a range of companies since 1993, including construction ones.
In 2007, became managing director of OOO "Company "Bazovy Element".

In 2009, was appointed head of "Transstroy" Development and Construction Company".

Since April 21, 2009, has served as the Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.
