In 2002 graduated from the Kuban State University with the degree in foreign languages. Until 2005 worked for a number of companies in Krasnodar region dealing with communications. In 2005 joined the international team of newly opened 24-hours news channel “RT”. Within 4 years Alexandra became one of the leading news correspondents, reporting on most pressing political issues and events. In July 2009 became the head of Communications Department with the State Corporation Olympstroy, responsible for construction of the Olympic venues in Sochi.
