The Canadian sledge hockey players beat the Norwegians in the match for third place and won the bronze medal of the tournament at the Paralympic Games in Sochi.
In the first period, team Canada began to actively attack the opponent's goal, but the goalkeeper Kristian Buen deflected all 9 shots from the Canadian forwards. In the second period, he was unable to continue as successfully: at 16 minutes Brad Bowden scored the first goal and scores, and then at 18 and 22 minutes, Billy Bridges scored twice.
The match between Canada and Norway ended with a score of 3-0, and the Canadians won their fourth bronze medal ever at the Paralympic Games.
The gold and silver winners will be determined today at 20:00 at Shayba Arena, where teams Russia and USA will play.
