The following organizations are working closely with those responsible for implementing the construction of the Olympic venues and developing Sochi as an alpine ski resort: Russia's executive branch; Russian sports federations; SC Olympstroy; the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee and the Russian Paralympic Committee.
The program was put together in line with requirements from the International Olympic Committee; International Paralympic Committee; International Sports Federations and previously experienced Organizing Committees for the Olympic Games. There will be 74 events from December 2011 to September 2013, with 39 of them being national and 27 being international; 8 tests will take place at the Russian National Sliding Center during the official training weeks. Amendments will be made to the schedule after plans for preparing the country's national teams for the 2014 Games have been approved by the Russian sports federations.
