Notes to the editor
The Sochi 2014 ticket program is one of the most ambitious in the history of the Winter Games thanks to a record number of sports and new forms of competition included in the Olympic program.
The first phase of ticket sales for the event was held from February 7 to May 31, 2013. During this phase, tickets were only sold by price category without seat allocation. During summer, when sales on the www.sochi2014.com website were suspended, seats in the stands were automatically allocated for spectators. Spectators who bought tickets during the first phase can now find out where their seat in the stadium is by looking at their personal profile on the website.
On October 10, the official site of the 2014 Games tickets.sochi2014.com ticket sales for the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi were resumed. Those who have not yet purchased their tickets, have had the opportunity to become Russia's first ever guests to the Olympic Winter Games. Tickets will be available for fans for all sports and Ceremonies. To visit sporting events, in addition to the ticket, you must have a Spectator Pass, which can be ordered on the website pass.sochi2014.com
