Kärcher to Provide Cleaning Services for Sochi 2014 Games

The cleaning company Kärcher has been named as a supplier to the Sochi 2014 Games in the category "Event Cleaning Services". The agreement was signed by the President and CEO of the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, Dmitry Chernyshenko, and the CEO of LLC "Kärcher", Oleg Minaev. According to the agreement, Kärcher will provide the Games organizers with more than 200 pieces of machinery and the company's staff will be hired during the Olympic Games to carry out technical support of the cleaning machinery operating at the venues in the Coastal and Mountain Clusters.

Throughout the duration of the Games, there will be 153 pieces of Kärcher machinery operating in the Olympic Park, including floor sweepers with a driver's seat, walk-behind self-propelled sweepers and indoor scrubbers and sweepers. There will be 64 pieces of machinery operating in the Mountain Cluster, including 13 walk-behind self-propelled sweepers.

The President and CEO of the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, Dmitry Chernyshenko, said:
